GUIDELINES
1. You are responsible for your own displays, props, tents, tables, chairs, ashtrays, etc… 2. Set up—Sat., March 30th, 8:00 AM—11:30 AM. Must be open for business by 12:00 PM. No breakdown before 10:00 PM 3. You are responsible for clean- up of your area. All trash must be bagged and placed in appropriate receptacles. 4. Although security will be provided, the Apopka Music & Bike Fest will not be responsible for any damages, theft, or any other problems during the Festival, including weather conditions. 5. No overnight camping is permitted. 6. All vendors must show proof of insurance . 7. All vendor vehicles not needed for vendor showcase must be parked in designated area by 11:30 am. NO VEHICLES ALLOWED IN PEDESTRIAN AREAS AFTER 11:30 AM. 8. No merchandise that could be considered obscene or drug paraphernalia will be allowed. 9. No water, food or beverages will be allowed to be sold from merchandise booths. Allowed ONLY at designated food vendors. This also includes giving it away for free. 10. All vendors must sign in at registration table upon arrival. 11. Vendor displays MUST stay in designated square footage space requested. 12. Rain happens in Florida! The crowds may stop for a moment during rain, but will crank back up as soon as the rain subsides. We will be eating, drinking, shopping & rocking either way. If this is not acceptable to you as a vendor, you may want to reconsider registering for this outdoor event. We strongly believe the show must go on.NO REFUNDS for Weather, No shows or Vendor cancellation after Feb 28, 2013

All vendor spaces start at 10’ X 10’. No specific space will be guaranteed This is an outdoor event located at the N.O.C.I.A. Grounds “Home of the Sweet Corn Festival”.4235 Ponkan Rd., Zellwood, FL 32798
The Apopka Music & Bike Fest is a one day community event from 12 PM to 10 PM. This event is open to everyone including motorcycle enthusiasts and music fans. There will be a poker run for a local charity. Live music, food / merchandise vendors, beer tent, bike games, bike show, raffle, 50/50 and more
Vendors will be accepted on first come, first served basis.
